New Orleans Flambeaux Dip Mix 2 tablespoons of New Orleans flambeaux dip with 1 cup of sour cream (regular or fat-free) and 1 cup of mayonnaise (regular or fat-free). Refrigerate for 1 hour. Makes 2 cups.
