Who do I call if I have a question about my order?
Call our customer service department Monday-Friday 9:30am to 5:30pm CNT at 1-800-681-8743. Our customer service specialists will be glad to assist you.
Do You Offer Overnight Delivery?
Yes. To receive overnight shipping you MUST select EXPRESS MAIL when you place your order. If you placed it by 2pm CST time during the week, we will do our best to have it out of our warehouse the same day.
Also when you place your order, please note in the comments box if it's ok to leave your package at your door if nobody is home.
Payment may be by Visa, Master Card, or American Express. You may order online, or call toll free 1-800-681-8743. We will acknowledge every order within 24 hours and try to ship your order within three to four business days or as requested.
When Will My Credit Card be Charged?
Credit card accounts are billed at the time of your order. For best service, please include a daytime telephone number in case there are questions pertaining to your order.
Can I send an order to a country other than the United States?
Yes, we ship all over the world and additional charge will apply. If your country or location is not listed as an option when you checkout, please contact customer service.
When Will I Receive my Order?
Your order will leave our distribution center in New Orleans, Louisiana within three to four business days. Your order should be on your doorstep within seven to ten working days from when you placed your order. During irregular shipping hours or holidays and whether conditions, it may take a little longer to receive your package.
Can I Change My Order After I Submit It?
We process orders very quickly. If you need to make a change please call customer service at 1-800-681-8743 as soon as possible. Every effort will be made to accommodate your request.
How do We Ship our Products?
Our products are shipped through USPS via Priority Mail.
Posters are mailed in shipping tubes. If you order more than one poster, one will be wrapped inside the other. We take the utmost care in shipping posters to you. We recommend you remove the poster out the tube and lay it flat once you receieve it.
Prints are mailed in flat packaging with your choice of matte.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
What is Your Return Policy?
We always want to ensure our customer's satisfaction, so every item we ship is 100% guaranteed. All claims on returns must be made within 5 days of the shipment's arrival.
Credit for returns is issued only if merchandise is in good and re-saleable condition and listed currently on our website. Let us know if you would like a replacement or credit.
Freight claims are the responsibility of the bill of lading consignee. Please contact your freight carrier regarding damaged or missing goods, unless the freight claim filed by the consignee determines that the shortage or damage is the fault of New Orleans Products.com

Do You Have a Physical Store I Can Visit?
No, we work out of our warehouse and function as a fulfillment operation for select products. All sales are online.
I'm a Local. Can I Pick Up My Order?
We can have a courier drop off your order at a scheduled time in the Metairie/ New Orleans Area. There is a $100 minimum order for courier delivery. All other orders are shipped via USPS.
I'm at a Hotel. Can I Have My Order Delievered?

Do You Sell Wholesale?
We don’t currently sell wholesale, but you may contact us for volume discounts.
I Have a Set of Old Posters. Will You Buy Them?
Sorry, all of our poster and/or prints come straight from the manufacturer. We do not buy or sell used art, posters or prints even if they are in good condition.
Do You Offer Appraisals?
Sorry, we do not determine the market value of vintage prints or posters.
Do You Stock Your Own Inventory?
Yes, we stock what we sell and keep an active inventory on all our products. Though some items offered for sale may be handcrafted, special ordered, or customized, so be sure to read each item description for more information concerning shipping expectations.
